Onslow Sustainable Park & Ride Shelter, Guilford

T.J.Lowery (Sub-Contractors.)Ltd were awarded the entire carpentry package by M.C.S Construction for a new sustainable Park & Ride shelter for Guilford Borough Council. Being distinctive in both shape and design and having a specific pattern in terms of cladding this project required the utmost attention to detail in regards to setting out and being able to read accurately technical drawings. Whilst this is one of our smaller contracts it clearly demonstrates the expertise all our foreman have in being capable of executing an architects vision from the drawings and specification provided to the highest possible standard.

Mostly external work to include joist work, insulation, timber work to increase the depth of the external walls and create the sloping rear elevation and sloping perimeter roof capping, battens counter battens and cedar cladding. Internal work including stud wall partitions, plaster boarding, all basic second fix items such as doors, door furniture, skirting, architraves, window board, fitted kitchen and even bespoke chestnut slated benches plus much more.
