This bespoke service offered by T.J.Lowery Building and Restorations Ltd is aimed purely at the high-end residential sector and covers anything from full refurbs to both re—furbs and extensions combined or even bespoke new builds. For these contracts we will project manage and engage on the Clients behalf with all professionals, trades and suppliers.
Together with our own carpenters we also have a good relationship with trusted Sub-Contractors who share our commitment to achieving the very best in craftsmanship. If required we can undertake a project not only through the construction process but also from the initial planning, consultation and design stages using our professional contacts of architects, engineers and surveyors that we have established over many years of working within the industry.
In order to achieve these exceptionally high standards of work using in many cases hard to find traditional techniques and materials this type of contract is only offered on what’s known as a cost-plus basis. This is the only way we can ensure we meet achieve the very best without any compromises.
