Project Summary:

The entire package for the refurbishment of this 1990's office block was awarded to us by Oakmont and demonstrates our presence and familiarity within the commercial sector which we have been active in for decades from office space such as this to warehouses etc. 'This particular project did not only include extensive remodelling to transform it into a contemporary looking state of the art grade 'A' working environment but also included almost doubling the footprint of the original building.

As with all of our contracts we were responsible for providing all the carpentry from first fix such as flat roof joisting, box gutters, steel column casings, rainscreen cladding to window skirting architraves, doors, door furniture etc.
