This extensive refurbishment and extension at Forest Prep School is one of our larger Contracts awarded to us by Claremont Refurbishment. The most visually impressive work here is the accoya timber batten Cladding which encases the entire building creating its distinctive appeal. This theme continues onto the roof terrace where mini accoya timber battened walls are combined with colourful plantations and commanding views across the central London skyline. The combination of intricate shadow gaps, a variety of different sized battens and accoya timber batten window shutters whilst enhancing the originality of the design, also demonstrates the attention to detail our skilled Tradesman apply when setting out to allow for these features to ensure they are executed in accordance with the Architects wishes.

The full carpentry Sub-Contract for Forest Prep School included all first and second fix work from joisting to flat roof areas and floors to bespoke radiator covers, window surrounds and other standard second fix carpentry items.
